This contract role will involve delivering engaging lessons, monitoring participant progress, and hosting parent coaching sessions. You'll play a crucial role in a supportive community, helping neurodivergent teens thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for the PEERS program

• Guide participants through structured social exercises

• Document participant progress and outcomes

• Facilitate parent coaching sessions

• Support individualized program goals for each participant

Requirements:

• Certification as a PEERS for Teens instructor

• Experience in teaching or social skills training

• Strong communication and public speaking skills

• Empathetic engagement with neurodivergent teens

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
