Key Responsibilities:

• Create user-friendly training materials and tutorials

• Deliver engaging live trainings via various formats

• Schedule training sessions and ensure punctual delivery

• Evaluate programs through participant assessments

• Collaborate with sales teams to meet training requests

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Training Specialist in SaaS

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Strong communication and material creation skills

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

• Familiarity with virtual training platforms
