This position requires collaboration with instructors and Subject Matter Experts to establish clear content objectives while developing eLearning and classroom materials. You will utilize a range of graphic design and editing software to enhance training content and ensure alignment with product design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain training course materials for Wescam products

• Create engaging eLearning content for product updates

• Edit and format training videos in various formats

• Interface with internal teams and occasionally with vendors

• Recommend technological solutions for training delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience

• Proficiency in Articulate 360, InDesign, and Photoshop

• Skills in video editing and graphic design

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

• Eligible for Canadian government security clearance
