As a permanent Teaching and Learning Assistant, you'll collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to facilitate effective teaching and support. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, instruction, assessment, and maintaining a safe learning space. This role is essential for supporting diverse student needs and promoting social-emotional learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Service Delivery Team with educational programs

• Observe and report on student progress and behaviors

• Encourage independent skills and self-esteem in students

• Engage collaboratively with families and the community

• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Level Two Teacher's Certificate from the Department of Education

• Understanding of child and youth development

• Skilled in communication and organization

• Ability to support students with assistive technologies

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
