Youth and Young Adults Ministry Leader

Become a catalyst for change as Youth and Young Adults Pastor at Bethany Community Church. Drive relational discipleship and empower young individuals to become impactful leaders in their communities.

This full-time position focuses on raising leaders who transition from attendees to influencers for Jesus. You will provide pastoral leadership and administrative support, ensuring programs thrive and align with Bethany’s mission. Your effective communication skills are essential for teaching in diverse settings, fostering a culture of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead relationship-driven discipleship initiatives

• Teach and engage groups of varying sizes

• Support administrative tasks for ministry effectiveness

• Coach young leaders in their spiritual growth

• Maintain alignment with church mission and theology

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in ministry leadership roles

• Experience in teaching or preaching required

• Educational background in Theology or Leadership preferred

• Proficient in technology and database management

• Ability to navigate complex group dynamics
