Mamu Tshishkutamashutau Innu Education is hiring an Instructional Resource Teacher to foster inclusive education. This full-time role is key in assisting students with exceptionalities and diverse learning needs, while promoting culturally responsive practices. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and community partners to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and support students with learning exceptionalities

• Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with educators on instructional strategies

• Maintain accurate student records and assessments

• Promote social-emotional skills and self-regulation

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent

• Valid Newfoundland and Labrador Teaching Certificate

• Experience with diverse learning and IEP development

• Knowledge of Innu culture is a plus

• Clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
