Collaboration with external professionals like Speech-Language Pathologists is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an Emergent Curriculum tailored to each child's needs

• Maintain accurate records and progress reports daily

• Support children's emotional and cognitive development

• Collaborate with specialists as required for children’s growth

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Nova Scotia ECE License required

• Clear Vulnerable Sector and Child Abuse Checks

• Standard First Aid and CPR Certification (Level B or

C)

• Ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs
