HLCA is seeking a passionate, born-again Christian teacher who can contribute to a vibrant Christian school environment in High Level, Alberta. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, Christ-centered education while supporting the spiritual and leadership development of students. Applicants must agree with our Statement of Faith and are required to have Alberta certification or eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans

• Support students in their academic and personal growth

• Collaborate with colleagues for peer support and improvement

• Assess and address educational needs of students

• Foster a classroom atmosphere of faith and learning

Requirements:

• Must hold or be eligible for Alberta teacher certification

• Strong commitment to the school's mission and faith

• Adept at connecting with and inspiring young learners

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

• Previous experience in teaching elementary grades preferred
