Brandon Elementary is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team for full-time elementary teaching positions. Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state standards and cater to the varying learning styles of students.

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.

Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, observations, and assignments.

Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning and address any challenges.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other school activities to ensure safety and positive interactions.

Support school-wide initiatives and contribute to a collaborative school culture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred.

Valid teaching certification for elementary education.

Experience working with elementary-aged children in a classroom setting.

Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Proficiency in using technology for teaching and administrative tasks.

Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
