Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical training and skills development for apprentices

• Develop and update training materials and examinations

• Support Crew Leads and monitor apprentice progress

• Facilitate performance appraisals and KPI tracking

• Collaborate with supervisors on scheduling and task assignments

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of aircraft maintenance experience

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS office software

• Teaching credentials considered advantageous
