Huronia Transition Homes is seeking a French Language Services Coordinator for a full-time, 12-month contract in Midland, Ontario. The role blends skills in communications, French language proficiency, and knowledge of women's issues. You will enhance organizational capacity by developing training and feedback mechanisms while integrating an intersectional feminist framework into services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training plans for staff to enhance French skills

• Support assessment of FLS service delivery effectiveness

• Create French language materials for programming

• Improve organizational recruitment for French-speaking staff

• Maintain participation in community outreach and engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant life experience

• Strong communication skills in French

• Experience with violence against women framework

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• First Aid/CPR Certification and WHMIS training
