Position: Spiritual Leader for Student Ministries
Location: Raleigh

The King’s Chapel seeks a Student Director to provide spiritual leadership for grades 6-12. Lead youth in faith development and community engagement.

In this full-time role, the Student Director will cultivate a Christ-centered environment, empowering students and families through mentorship. You'll oversee all aspects of student ministry while aligning activities with The King’s Chapel's mission and theology. This includes teaching, discipleship, and fostering strong relationships among the youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead spiritual formation through teaching and mentorship

• Develop and implement a biblically sound curriculum

• Foster a culture of prayer and worship

• Oversee all student ministry programs for grades 6-12

• Plan weekly gatherings, retreats, and camps

Requirements:

• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) preferred

• Experience in student ministry is a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to train and support volunteers

• Commitment to personal faith and church mission
