This position offers 3-hour daily workdays, supporting students with varying needs, particularly those with challenging behaviors. Candidates should have a knack for effective collaboration and a dedication to nurturing student development. This role emphasizes impactful interactions and personal support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate support for students with high needs

• Provide transportation for students when needed

• Address personal hygiene and medical needs of students

• Create and implement life skills programming with teachers

• Oversee small groups of students for supervision

Requirements:

• High School diploma from a recognized institution

• Possession of a valid driver's license

• Demonstrated teamwork and adaptability skills

• Familiarity with educational software and technologies

• Background in special education or related fields valued
