Location: Southeastern Saskatchewan (Carlyle)

Join Westview School in Estevan, SK, as a Temporary Educational Assistant. This role emphasizes supporting students through individualized programming and fostering independence for a successful school experience.

Starting September 2, 2026, and concluding on June 25, 2027, you'll work three hours per day attending to academic and personal needs. Key responsibilities will involve transporting students, adapting life skills programming, and implementing behavior plans tailored to students with intensive needs. Collaborating with teachers is essential in this supportive role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift students with varying needs up to 120 lbs

• Transport students using personal vehicle as required

• Support personal hygiene and medical assistance

• Create academic programs with teacher direction

• Supervise individual and small group student activities

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma from recognized institution

• Valid driver’s license for transportation

• Experience with educational software required

• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills

• Educational assistant qualifications are advantageous
