Hillcrest School seeks an Educational Assistant to play a key role in supporting students with high behavioral needs. You will be involved in preparing tailored academic programs and supporting personal needs. Your responsibilities will also include supervising students during transitions and ensuring their behavior aligns with safety plans set for them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift weights appropriately and assist with student transportation

• Help attend to personal hygiene and medical needs

• Prepare academic and life skills programs for students

• Implement specific behavior and safety plans without fail

• Supervise small groups of students with intensive needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma from an accredited institution

• Capability to adapt and work effectively in a team

• A valid driver’s license for necessary transportation

• Familiarity with school computer software

• Educational assistant or related qualifications beneficial
