Join Evergreen School Division as a Part-Time Educational Assistant at Arborg Early Middle School. This temporary role emphasizes academic and behavioral support for students from September 2026 to June 2027.

The Arborg Early Middle School is looking for a committed Educational Assistant to enhance students' learning experiences. This position, offered for 5.75 hours on select days, requires relevant training, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to assist with behavior management. Candidates will work alongside teachers to implement student programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, social, and behavioral student support

• Assist with speech and language communication activities

• Aid in personalized student learning plans

• Supervise students and help with daily tasks

• Support library activities, including acquisitions and cataloguing

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent education

• Relevant training and education experience

• Preferred Para Educator Certificate

• Effective coursework in behavior management

• Strong computer skills are a must
