Point Edward Early Learning Supervisor

Location: Sarnia Southwest

Become an Assistant Supervisor at Point Edward Early Learning Centre—an enriching environment dedicated to childhood education. We seek a dynamic Registered Early Childhood Educator passionate about guiding young minds.

In this full-time role, you will directly support the leadership of floor staff in executing effective early learning programs for children. Your experience will assist in mentoring staff, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will thrive in a communicative and engaging setting focused on child development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage up to 15 floor staff

• Implement robust programming for all ages

• Maintain detailed records of program activities

• Utilize the Parent app for communication

• Assist in daily operations alongside Directors

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Early Childhood Educator certification

• One year of relevant childcare experience

• Knowledge of necessary compliance standards

• Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft applications

• Availability for scheduled shifts during the week and weekends
