Student Services Teacher

Position: Full-Time Student Services Teacher Role
Location: La Ronge

Become an integral part of Pre-Cam Community School in La Ronge as a full-time Student Services Teacher. Contribute to students' educational journeys by applying your skills in inclusive education

This permanent position allows you to work collaboratively within a dedicated team, playing a key role in supporting students with varying educational needs. Candidates should hold a Saskatchewan Professional A Teacher's Certificate and should have or be willing to pursue coursework in Special or Inclusive Education. You'll be responsible for creating Inclusion and Intervention Plans (IIPs) and collaborating with various stakeholders to address critical student needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized student support plans

• Network with consultants, specialists, and parents effectively

• Facilitate student referrals and program monitoring

• Develop and promote inclusive teaching practices

• Participate in team efforts to address student challenges

Requirements:

• Saskatchewan Professional A Teacher's Certificate required

• Additional coursework in special education highly valuable

• Knowledge of diverse student needs and accommodations

• Experience collaborating within educational teams

• Insight into First Nations, Métis, and Inuit histories
