As a key member of the School of Health, you will provide essential support to learners, overseeing their practicum and guiding them on their educational journey. Your experience will enable you to effectively evaluate their progress and provide constructive feedback. This role is essential to ensuring our students successfully transition into the health care workforce as competent and compassionate aides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address daily questions from students and staff

• Support student learning in a hands-on environment

• Monitor student skill application during practicums

• Generate reports on student progress weekly

• Collaborate on evaluating student performance with preceptors

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant health care experience

• LPN/RN licensure required

• Preferred knowledge in CPR and PHIA

• Background in instructing adult learners considered an asset

• Proficient in communication and problem-solving skills
