Level 3 Student Connections Facilitator

Location: Central Saanich

Become a Level 3 Student Connections Facilitator at W̱SÁNEĆ College. Focus on fostering collaboration and communication to support Indigenous students in their academic endeavors.

As a Level 3 Student Connections Facilitator, you will hold a key role at W̱SÁNEĆ College, working under the direction of the college’s administration. Your task is to create an environment where students feel supported and connected both academically and socially. You will help manage recruitment, retention, and overall growth initiatives for partnership programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between students and faculty

• Provide student wrap-around support services

• Enhance recruitment and retention of students

• Support social, academic, and emotional needs

• Collaborate with Learning Support staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree related to health or education

• Minimum two years related experience

• Lived experience in post-secondary Indigenous contexts

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License

• Background check clearance required
