This permanent part-time role at Rocanville School involves providing critical support to students with diverse and high behavioral needs. You will work closely with teachers to prepare personalized programs that promote effective transitions for students, emphasizing safety and behavior-focused strategies.

Your role may require physical lifting and student transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on life skills and academic programming

• Attend to personal and medical needs of students

• Support and supervise intensive needs and small groups

• Implement behavior and safety plans as required

• Transport students using a personal vehicle when necessary

Requirements:

• Hold a Grade 12 diploma from a recognized institution

• Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively

• Valid driver's license for student transportation

• Familiarity with educational software tools
