Become a Student-Centered Social Worker with LLRIB, dedicated to enhancing students’ educational experiences through emotional support and effective programs. Engage with parents and maintain professional confidentiality.

In this vital role, you will serve as a resource for students and their families, ensuring a supportive atmosphere within the school. Your responsibilities include creating tailored counseling programs and providing clear guidance on school policies. Keeping track of student attendance, you'll facilitate home visits to foster better communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee social and emotional support programs

• Deliver one-on-one counseling to students in need

• Maintain effective communication with school staff

• Manage and monitor student attendance proactively

• Uphold confidentiality of all student records

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field

• Experience in a school environment is essential

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Hold a valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract required
