As a pivotal member of the school service team, you will develop and implement a comprehensive guidance program.

Your role includes assessing student needs, providing individual and group counseling, and leading efforts to create an inclusive learning environment. Collaborate effectively with school staff and families to promote student well-being and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop school guidance programs impacting student growth

• Lead ethical counseling practices within the school

• Manage assessments affecting student learning processes

• Engage staff and families in student support initiatives

• Prepare for critical incident responses and interventions

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education and Master’s in Counseling Psychology

• Experience with K-12 student counseling

• Strong understanding of diversity in learning needs

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Commitment to professional growth in counseling practices
