Job Summary  We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective instruction, fostering a positive learning setting, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals.

Responsibilities   Deliver lesson plans tailored to students’ needs and curriculum standards
Facilitate engaging classroom sessions that promote active learning and participation
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages student growth and confidence
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student achievements
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and curriculum development
Skills   Proven experience in teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Solid communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage diverse groups of learners
Ability to foster a positive, motivating, and respectful learning environment
Organizational skills for planning lessons, tracking progress, and managing classroom activities
Adaptability to different educational settings and student needs
