Position: Math & Computer Science Instructors Wanted

Join Brandon University's Faculty of Science to teach critical Math and Computer Science courses from Fall 2026 to Winter 2027. Bring your expertise and inspire new generations of students.

The Department of Math & Computer Science is looking for Contract Academic Staff for in-person teaching roles. This includes conducting courses designed to cover core mathematical principles. Candidates should have proven teaching success and hold a Master's degree or higher in relevant fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lectures and laboratories for Math courses

• Facilitate student learning and assessments

• Create and revise course documentation

• Assist students with coursework and queries

• Collaborate on departmental policies and practices

Requirements:

• Required Master’s degree in mathematics or statistics

• A Ph.D. is preferred for advanced courses

• Documented teaching experience in similar areas

• Ability to foster an inclusive classroom environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
