Kids & Company is hiring On Call Early Childhood Educators in East Hants, Nova Scotia, to inspire and support the development of young children. Utilize your dedication in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

As an esteemed early learning provider with over 120 centers in Canada, Kids & Company seeks passionate educators. You'll be tasked with delivering emergent curricula and daily documentation while ensuring children's holistic development. Collaborating with professionals such as Occupational Therapists when needed is part of this enriching role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver an Emergent Curriculum for development

• Document daily activities, progress, and attendance accurately

• Support behavioral, cognitive, and physical growth of children

• Work with external specialists when required for intervention

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Nova Scotia ECE License

• Clear checks for Vulnerable Sector and Child Abuse Registry

• First Aid and CPR Certification (Level B or

C) required

• Ability to manage lifting or moving up to 45 lbs
