Kids & Company is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to deliver an Emergent Curriculum tailored to each child's learning journey. You will keep thorough documentation, support emotional and cognitive growth, and collaborate with specialists when needed. Compliance with health and safety regulations is a key aspect of this role, ensuring a nurturing classroom environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an Emergent Curriculum tailored to individual development

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Support children’s emotional and cognitive development

• Collaborate with external specialists as required

• Ensure compliance with safety and licensing regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Nova Scotia ECE License

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Check

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certification

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
