Education Manager

Position: Full-Time Education Manager Role
Location: Nipissing North (Callander)

Take on the role of Education Manager at Henvey Inlet First Nation, where you'll promote student development and engage with the community. This full-time position requires expertise in educational processes and administration.

Your primary focus will be on managing educational initiatives and providing support to students and families. Responsibilities include maintaining student records, responding to inquiries, and developing programs that foster academic success. You will also manage relationships with educational stakeholders, reinforcing community ties and enhancing educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee student records and documentation processes

• Prepare and send out educational budget reports

• Facilitate meetings with various educational stakeholders

• Track student attendance and recommend improvements

• Supervise Education Department staff and initiatives

Requirements:

• Background in educational leadership and management

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal abilities and communication skills

• Experience with budget preparation and management

• Familiarity with community engagement strategies
