Position: CAE Aircrew Training Specialist Position
Location: Frontenac County, Addington County, Loyalist Shores and Southwest Leeds (Inverary)

Part of the Training Services team at 450 Tactical Helicopter Squadron in Garrison Petawawa, Ontario, this position emphasizes technical and operational support for training excellence. You will collaborate on courseware development, ensure accuracy in training content, and validate learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training solutions and courseware for the program

• Collaborate with designers on standardized lesson materials

• Support performance checks and assess learner knowledge

• Conduct quality assurance for courseware deliverables

• Maintain military and aviation documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate of RCAF aircrew course (wings qualified)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer aptitude

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Must obtain Controlled Goods Clearance eligibility

• Relocation to Petawawa, Ontario required
