Location: South Central Manitoba (Altona)

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a valid Texas teaching certificate. You will leverage your understanding of special needs and strong interpersonal skills while collaborating with parents and educational teams to create impactful Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored educational activities for individual students

• Lead ARD meetings to create effective IEPs

• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and media

• Manage crises and student behavior in line with IEPs

• Document student progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university

• Valid Texas teaching certification with endorsements

• Experience in special education or with children

• Proficiency in core academic subjects

• Strong communication and organizational skills
