Serving under the Director of Student Success, this role balances scholarship program management with guidance for students, particularly first-generation and those requiring financial assistance. You'll play a critical role in fostering a supportive campus environment that promotes student success through detailed oversight and engagement with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scholarship selection and award processes

• Provide personalized student counseling and monitoring

• Prepare reports on scholarship impacts and budgets

• Develop outreach plans for at-risk students

• Maintain confidentiality of student records and funds

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required

• Minimum of one year working in financial aid or academic advising

• Knowledge of financial aid regulations and policies

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management competency
