Deliver strong, biblically grounded preaching and teaching
Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care
Disciple and mentor emerging leaders
Equip and mobilize the congregation for ministry
Guide and strengthen community outreach and engagement
Required Skills A degree in theology or pastoral ministry (preferred)
Alignment with PAOC doctrine and values (required)
Previous pastoral experience, particularly in church leadership (strongly preferred)
Credentialed or able to be credentialed with PAOC
Demonstrated ability to lead, shepherd, and inspire a growing congregation
