Position: Agriculture Learning Assessor Needed
Location: Middlesex (Clinton)

Drive apprenticeship success as a Learning and Skills Assessor in Agriculture, focused on fostering development within the agricultural sector. Support apprentices towards their goals with coaching and assessments.

In this role, you will assess apprentices’ competences against key standards and provide high-quality guidance. You'll create engaging classroom experiences, ensuring apprentices grasp the required knowledge and skills to excel in their End Point Assessment. Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold compliance and enhance learning outcomes within the agricultural field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess apprentices’ competence in agricultural standards

• Provide coaching and feedback for continued progress

• Design and deliver engaging learning sessions

• Collaborate with employers and internal teams

• Plan and monitor robust assessment practices

Requirements:
