Kinuso School is a vibrant educational hub located 48 kilometers west of Slave Lake, serving a diverse population. In this role, you will assist in executing Individual Program Plans, adapt classroom activities, and ensure student safety during playground and field trip activities. Your insights will contribute to student evaluations, and you’ll play a vital role in encouraging communication and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering effective educational programs

• Help with data collection for evaluations and monitoring

• Encourage student participation and social interactions

• Assist with field trips and classroom discipline

• Maintain records of student progress and achievements

Requirements:

• Submission of cover letter and resume

• Recent, acceptable Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check

• Early Childhood or Teacher Assistant Certificate is a plus

• Experience with students with behavioral needs beneficial

• Strong communication skills required
