Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging lesson plans based on Montessori principles

• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment

• Monitor student progress and communicate with parents

• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff

• Promote independence and critical thinking through activities

Requirements:

• Montessori Diploma (AMI or MACTE) or RECE

• Essential experience in early childhood education

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial
