Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment that supports the growth and development of children. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the educational experiences of our students.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that align with Montessori principles.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Encourage children’s independence and critical thinking skills through hands‑on activities.

Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements

Montessori Diploma (AMI or MACTE) or RECE

Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is essential.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of special education practices is an asset.
