Position: Full-Time Elementary Teacher in Berwyn
Location: Northwestern Alberta (High Level)

Become a Full-Time Temporary Elementary Teacher at Lloyd Garrison School, teaching Grades 1 and 2. This position is set to start on August 27, 2026, and will last until June 29, 2027.

The Peace River School Division is seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a multi-grade classroom setting. Candidates must have experience in Elementary Education and strong communication skills to connect with students, staff, and parents. You will focus on student achievement while differentiating instruction to meet varied learning needs within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Grade 1 and 2 curriculum effectively

• Differentiate teaching methods for diverse learners

• Maintain clear communication with parents and staff

Requirements:

• Eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate

• Provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check within six months

• Experience in multi-grade classroom preferred
