Position: Full-Time Associate Pastor for Youth
Location: Rapid View

Join Compass Immanuel Church as a full-time Associate Pastor dedicated to youth ministry. Focus on education and relationship-building with teens through impactful Bible studies and activities.

This position requires a strong desire to make disciples and engage with the next generation.

Your role will involve 70% of your time directing youth-related activities, focusing on teaching and bi-weekly gatherings while also fulfilling general pastoral responsibilities. A commitment to modeling a godly lifestyle and actively participating in the church community is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly Bible studies for youth participation

• Lead bi-weekly youth events to enhance connectivity

• Equip families in teaching youth spiritual lessons

• Outreach to engage unchurched community members

• Provide pastoral care to youth facing challenges

Requirements:

• Educational background in ministry (Bachelor’s degree or higher)

• Previous experience in youth ministry desired

• Ability to communicate effectively across generations

• Willingness to collaborate with the senior pastor

• Strong sense of personal accountability and integrity
