K-3 Bilingual Education Teacher

Join the mission to develop bilingual learners as a K-3 Bilingual Education Teacher. Teach content in Spanish and English, utilizing innovative strategies to engage students effectively.

In this role, the teacher will follow the guidance of leadership to instruct dual language learners. Responsibilities include fostering language development for English Learners and maintaining a productive classroom atmosphere. Cooperation with staff and participation in professional education initiatives will enhance instructional effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons in both Spanish and English

• Adapt teaching methods to student learning styles

• Promote English Language Development in learners

• Establish and maintain classroom behavior standards

• Involve in curriculum committees and educational workshops

Requirements:

• Certification in Elementary Education required

• Fluency in Spanish and English essential

• Experience with various instructional technologies

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and parents
