SIIT is looking for an Instructor to contribute to adult basic education programs. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Education and a Saskatchewan teaching certificate or be eligible to obtain one. This role emphasizes the importance of student relationships and the application of adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare engaging lesson plans and delivery methods

• Create and maintain course materials and evaluations

• Incorporate technology in teaching and administration

• Recommend adjustments to curricula and evaluations

• Ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education from an accredited institution

• Saskatchewan teaching certificate or eligibility

• Understanding of adult learning theories valued

• Knowledge of First Nations cultures is an asset

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
