Program Coordinator for Adult Learners

Location: North Interlake (Stonewall)

Pursue a rewarding role as a Program Coordinator for Adult Undergraduate Programs, focusing on enhancing student engagement and operational efficiency in a hybrid work model. Your coordination will drive the Wayfinder Program’s success and Adult Degree Completion initiatives.

This position supports the Director of Continuing Studies and aids in important projects across divisions. Key responsibilities include maintaining project timelines, coordinating communications, and assessing program effectiveness through data-driven insights. You'll also work closely with admissions, registrars, and faculty to ensure comprehensive support for adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain timelines, workflows, and communication plans

• Implement improvements for enhanced student experience

• Schedule cross-departmental meetings with key partners

• Track program goals and produce annual impact reports

• Support grant project management and reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2+ years in higher education or program coordination

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with nontraditional learners preferred

• Must be available for evening sessions and remote work
