The Department of Educational Psychology and Special Education invites applications for an Out‑of‑Scope Sessional Lecturer to teach the community‑based course EPSE 348 during the Fall 2026 session.
Course Details
Course Number: EPSE 348.3 (E11) – Essentials of Assessing Student Learning
Term & Course Dates: Term 1 (Sept 1, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026)
CRN: 91856
Delivery Mode: Live in‑person lecture in Beauval, SK
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; no evenings or weekends without special permission
Expected Enrollment: up to 35 students
Location:
Beauval, SK (≈ 4 hrs north of Saskatoon)
Qualifications
Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Education or a related discipline, or possession of relevant teaching or professional experience
Commitment to engaging with Indigenous ways of knowing and fostering respectful, reciprocal learning environments
Knowledge and understanding of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit culture and experience with indigenization and decolonization of pedagogy to uplift and support Indigenous students
A valid driver’s licence is required for any off‑campus courses
