We are seeking passionate Montessori Guides certified by MACTE or AMI to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will drive child-centered learning, communicate effectively with parents, and maintain a cooperative classroom atmosphere. Bilingual abilities in English and French are a plus, enhancing our diverse community's experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Montessori-aligned learning activities for young children

• Observe and assess developmental progress in students

• Maintain a prepared environment promoting independence and exploration

• Collaborate on curriculum plans with fellow educators

• Communicate children’s milestones and behavior with parents

Requirements:

• Certification in Montessori Infant/Toddler or Casa programs

• Prior experience in early childhood education settings

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Familiarity with classroom management software
