Position: Lafleche Central School Teacher
Location: Lafleche

Teach Grade 7 and 8 at Lafleche Central School while joining Prairie South Schools, recognized as one of Canada’s Best Employers in 2024. This continuous contract position starts on August 27, 2026.

Prairie South Schools is looking for a dedicated Grade 7/8 Homeroom Teacher for the  school year. Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Education degree and hold or be eligible for a Saskatchewan Professional A teacher certificate. Engage and inspire students in a supportive educational environment that prioritizes excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons to Grade 7 and 8 students

• Assess student progress and provide feedback

• Collaborate with fellow educators for curriculum development

• Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere

• Communicate effectively with students and parents

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education degree required

• Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certification eligibility

• Commitment to student success and school vision
