As an instructional leader, the successful candidate will create an inclusive community that fosters academic achievement and emotional well-being. St. Teresa of Avila School seeks a Principal who values servant leadership and is committed to trauma-informed practices. Strong candidates will support teachers and develop student-centered programs for grades Pre-K to 5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate authentic Catholic leadership and community engagement

• Advance school improvement efforts centered on student wellness

• Mentor teachers through classroom supervision and development

• Build collaborative relationships with families and community groups

• Oversee effective school operations, including resource management

Requirements:

• Practicing Catholic with strong faith commitment

• Hold or eligible for Alberta Leadership Certification

• Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate required

• Proven experience in school leadership roles

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
