What Your Day Looks Like
You teach alongside an equal partner.  Every classroom has two co‑teachers, sharing ownership and voice.

Your classroom always has the coverage it deserves.  Each classroom has a dedicated support teacher who covers breaks, planning time, and days off.

You have an education coach in your corner every day.  Each teacher is paired with a coach who is a thought partner, resource, and advocate for professional growth.

Your planning happens at work.  Planning time is on the clock within scheduled hours, no need to take work home.

We provide everything your classroom needs.  All materials, resources, and supplies are fully provided; no out‑of‑pocket expenses.

Who We’re Looking For
You are a skilled, experienced teacher who holds a Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) teacher certification. You bring real classroom experience and are ready to commit to a full‑time role where growth and support are prioritized.

What You’ll Need

MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) teacher certification (required)

Demonstrated experience in early childhood education. Preschool or Pre‑K level preferred

Full‑time availability (this is a full‑time position)
