• Lead with Montessori philosophy promoting independence and respect

• Ensure classroom is organized and maintains Montessori standards

• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to staff

Requirements:

• Montessori Certification (MACTE or AMI)

• 1–2 years experience in child care settings

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Current First Aid/CPR certification

• Ability to support active supervision and safety
