Hwëch’in as an Early Childhood Educator in Dawson, Yukon. This role focuses on supervising a diverse age group of children and ensuring a supportive educational environment.

As a term Early Childhood Educator, you will be part of a dedicated team, working closely with Aboriginal Head Start Teachers. Your primary responsibilities include developing engaging programs that cater to individual needs while adhering to YG regulations. Ideal candidates will bring a combination of educational background and practical experience with young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision for infants to school-aged children

• Deliver tailored programs for developmental needs

• Work collaboratively with fellow educators

• Adhere to YG regulations on childcare

Requirements:

• Coursework in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

• YG Level 1 certification or in progress

• Experience in early childhood settings
