The Peace River School Division is looking for a Part-Time Temporary Information Specialist to assist in a collaborative educational setting. You'll be responsible for organizing school materials, maintaining digital inventories, and providing hands-on support to students. This position is crucial for ensuring that both educators and learners have access to essential resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of textbooks and other resources

• Organize and manage physical and digital materials

• Work directly with students having special learning needs

• Facilitate communication among staff and outside agencies

• Keep detailed records of organized programming

Requirements:

• High school diploma with relevant experience

• Certificate in Educational Assistance or equivalent

• Proven experience with online resource management

• Current Criminal Record Check

• Strong interpersonal skills and patience
