Position: Dynamic Educational Assistants Needed On Call
Location: Metchosin

Join Westmont as part-time, on-call Teachers and Educational Assistants in Metchosin, BC for the  school year. Montessori training is appreciated but not mandatory for strong candidates.

These roles offer flexible work opportunities for individuals passionate about fostering inclusive educational experiences. A Grade 12 education or equivalent and current First Aid certification are essential. Experience in outdoor education and working with diverse needs is particularly beneficial for prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an on-call educator when required

• Support classroom activities and student engagement

• Participate in outdoor educational programming

• Implement strategies for inclusive learning

• Create a nurturing and safe learning environment

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• Active First Aid Certificate

• Preferable Montessori training or experience

• Training in child development or Teaching Assistant qualification

• Experience with diverse student needs
